We ask that all teams and anyone joining them on the day please read and adhere to our code of conduct.

Running order

​

Registration will open promptly, please check the time on your selected tournament page. We will be running morning and afternoon sessions across the 3 days and would like to thank you in advance for your prompt arrival and exit to ensure we run to time as best as we can.

​

All players up to the age group U12 will receive a medal for taking part. Please see your selected tournament page for full details

 

Safety

​

We will make the best endeavours to ensure a safe and fun environment for all players. We request all attendees read the club rules and follow them so all participants; players, referees, volunteers and supporters have a great day.

We have St Johns on site all day, across the 3 days.

​

Additional information

​

We will have the ability to take payments by card and cash on the gate, in the café and on the hot food stand.

Car parking & a programme will be available on entry at a cost of £3.50

​

We will have bacon rolls, burgers, hotdogs & vegetarian hotdogs available for hot food.

A selection of hot and cold refreshments and snacks will be available.
